Step 01
During this phone call, you will speak with someone from our team regarding our process and explore the compatibility of our partnership. It is recommended to begin identifying your project needs, desires, budget and timeline prior to this call.
Step 02
Depending on the project, a meeting with a designer, estimator or both will occur. This is when a deeper discussion regarding the opportunities and feasibility that are present for your home and project will be identified.
Step 03
You will receive a fixed cost design proposal that will include a ballpark number for the construction portion. Once design is complete you will then receive a detailed cost estimate that will be broken down by line items and will account for any adjustments that occurred to the scope of work during the design phase. This proposal can only be as complete as the plans from the architect and the interior designer so it is recommended to have complete design drawings.
Step 04
Once you accept and sign your proposal, a project landing page will be created and you will have online access. The initial invoice will be created and sent out. Once this invoice is paid, your project calendar will be developed and then released to you for viewing.
Step 05
The design process involves the client to develop a customized design package for each project. The client will receive a full set of construction documents, including the drawing set, specifications, and design concept layouts, at the end of the process.
Step 06
During this phase, we will pull permits, have a preconstruction meeting, and have our project manager and superintendent walk the project to prepare for construction. The preconstruction meeting will answer many questions regarding the construction phase and help you to prepare for what’s to come.
Step 07
During construction, you’ll start to see all the hard design work come together. This is one of the funnest but also longest parts of the process. There will be project walk-throughs throughout the project with your project manager and designer. This will help to keep you fully in the loop as the construction continues. This is a great time to ask questions, point out all concerns, and make any changes.
Step 08
There will be one final walk-through prior to turning your space back over to you. We use a walk-through sheet to check all parts of the remodel. We will address any questions and concerns you might have and turn your space back over to you to love and enjoy.
