With design finalized, we shift into detailed preparation aligning all the behind-the-scenes pieces to ensure a seamless build ahead. During this phase, we finalize selections, coordinate with engineers and permitting agencies, and prepare your construction agreement and schedule. You’ll receive your project calendar, giving you full visibility into timelines, approvals, and what’s coming next.

With everything in place, we move into the build. You’ll receive regular updates through Buildertrend, including photos, milestones, and notes from the field. From groundbreaking to final walkthrough, our team is fully engaged, proactive, and committed to excellence.

As your home nears completion, we walk through every detail with you identifying any final touch-ups, answering questions, and ensuring everything meets our exacting standards. Your home is professionally cleaned and prepared for move-in. You’ll receive keys, access codes, manuals, and warranty information.

Our commitment doesn’t end at move-in. We stand behind the homes we build with a warranty and responsive support because true craftsmanship is proven over time. Should anything arise, our team is here to guide you through service requests with clarity, care, and efficiency. You’ll continue to have access to all your project documentation and a simple process for submitting items through Buildertrend.
