Step 01

Exploratory Phone Call

You will have a phone call with our estimator, project manager, or one of the owners to explore the investment opportunities and goals as well as the timeline of what you want to accomplish with your project.

Step 02

Onsite Meeting

You will meet with a designer, estimator, or with both depending on the needs of your specific project. In this meeting, a deeper discussion regarding the opportunities and feasibility that are present for your home and project will be identified.

Step 03

Proposal

You will receive a detailed cost estimate that will be broken down by line items. This proposal can only be as complete as the plans from the architect and the interior designer. It is best to wait until all plans for design are fully complete, but this often doesn’t happen due to time constraints.

Step 04

Onboarding

Once your proposal is accepted, we will turn your lead into a project and create a project login for you. You will also receive your first invoice. Once this invoice is paid, your project calendars will be developed and then released to you for viewing.

Step 05

Interior Design Phase

The design process involves the client to develop a customized design package for each project. The client will receive a full set of construction documents, including the drawing set, specifications, and design concept layouts, at the end of the process.

Step 06

Pre-Construction

During this phase, we will pull permits, have a preconstruction meeting, and have our project manager and superintendent walk the project to prepare for construction. The preconstruction meeting will answer many questions regarding the construction phase and help you to prepare for what’s to come.

Step 07

Construction

During construction, you’ll start to see all the hard design work come together. This is one of the funnest but also longest parts of the process. There will be project walk-throughs throughout the project with your project manager and designer. This will help to keep you fully in the loop as the construction continues. This is a great time to ask questions, point out all concerns, and make any changes.

Step 08

Final Walkthrough

There will be one final walk-through prior to turning your space back over to you. We use a walk-through sheet to check all parts of the remodel. We will address any questions and concerns you might have and turn your space back over to you to love and enjoy.
