During this phase, we finalize selections, coordinate with engineers and permitting agencies, and prepare your construction agreement and schedule so the project is ready to move into construction with clarity.

With everything in place, we move into the build. You’ll receive regular updates through Buildertrend, including photos, milestones, and notes from the field. From groundbreaking to final walkthrough, our team is fully engaged, proactive, and committed to excellence.

As your home nears completion, we walk through every detail with you identifying any final touch-ups, answering questions, and ensuring everything meets our exacting standards. Your home is professionally cleaned and prepared for move-in. You’ll receive keys, access codes, manuals, and warranty information.

Our commitment doesn’t end at move-in. We stand behind the homes we build with a warranty and responsive support because true craftsmanship is proven over time.
