Exploratory Phone Call
You will have a phone call with either our estimator or design director to explore your goals as well as the timeline of what you want to accomplish with your project.
Step 02
Introductory Client Meeting
This is an initial meeting where you and the designer will meet to review the project scope and walk through the space. A proposal is then prepared to ascribe the design hours necessary to complete the scope.
Step 03
Interior Design Proposal
The interior design proposal will be broken out into phases based on the scope of the project. Estimated hours for each phase will be provided to ensure a comprehensive approach.
Step 04
Onboarding
Once your proposal is accepted, we will turn your lead into a project and create a project login for you. You will also receive your first invoice. Once this invoice is paid, your project calendars will be developed and then released to you for viewing.
Step 05
Interior Design Phase
Client involvement is maintained throughout the design phase via in-person meetings, concept imagery, loose material flat lays, and detailed CAD drawings.
Step 06
Completed Documents
A complete set of documents includes CAD floor plans and elevations, lighting plans as needed, specification schedules, and a layout portfolio of approved materials.
