REMODELS
We offer full-scale remodeling services. This process starts with interior design because you cannot get accurate pricing on a remodel without the design phase being complete. Once the interior design is complete an estimator will be able to provide an accurate bid based on the design. You will access your project through a login. This will give you access to daily logs, your calendar, all documents, and pricing. Remodeling is what we came up doing and will always hold a special place for us.
CUSTOM HOMES
We began doing custom homes in 2016 and quickly discovered a new passion for building something from the ground up. Many people use the term “custom home” in different situations. When we say custom we mean, a home that will be built for the first time off of a plan that was created just for you and specifically for your lot. You need to work with an architect to develop a plan for your needs and your lot. In this situation, we can do the interior design work in collaboration with the architecture team. We take pride in building a tight home and love to apply building science practices to build something lasting.
Interior Design
We offer a full range of interior design services. Our design philosophy is simple: design to enjoy the way you live and work in your space. Services include complete project specifications and construction documents, including cabinetry design, lighting and materials selections, art and furniture packages, and every beautiful little detail in between.
