This home is right off of the famous Manito park. We completely took off the second story to start from scratch and create more space for this family. We also updated the exterior during this process. This is an old home in a historic neighborhood so keeping the exterior looking true to its time period was a definite must. Working alongside an architect on this project helped achieve all the client’s goals and budgets.
